Estonia is a member of the Schengen Agreement and all the rules apply. A visa granted for any Schengen member is valid in all other Schengen countries.
To enter the Republic of Estonia, EU/EEA citizens need only a valid identity card, whereas citizens of many, but not all, countries need a valid passport. Participants should contact the nearest Estonian Embassy or Consulate for details or questions regarding current passport and visa requirements.
Nationals of the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA) and any third-country national holding a residence permit of a Schengen State do not need a visa to enter Estonia. Estonia also has numerous agreements with other countries that whose citizens do not require a visa. To find out whether you need a visa, please check here. The organizer is authorized to request payment of the registration fee before the visa procedure starts. Please note that all costs are to be covered by the participant (verification tax and DHL post costs, if needed).
