The oral presentations are scheduled for 10-15 minutes depending on the session. Please take this into consideration when planning your talk. The time schedule of the presentations is available here.
The lecture hall is equipped with a PC, data projector, wireless Internet connection, microphone and a laser-pointer.
Using a PowerPoint presentation is strongly suggested but pdf-format is also acceptable.
As the conference schedule is very tight, only the computers of the lecture hall, provided by the organisers, should be used for the presentations.
You are responsible for loading your presentation to the computer of the lecture hall no later than during the previous break before your presentation. Please bring your presentation on a USB memory stick. Assistance will be available on site.
Microphones will be used to ensure sufficient audibility in the whole lecture hall. Please come to the front of the lecture hall during the previous presentation, so that corresponding preparations can be done.
The size of the poster should be A0 (portrait).
Posters should be in English.
Text should be readable from a distance of at least 1.5 meters.
The poster presenters are responsible for printing and bringing their posters to the conference site.
The poster boards are located in the lobby of the Dorpat Convention Centre. Please enquire the location of your poster site at the registration desk
Thumbtacks/pins will be provided on site.
The poster presenters are responsible for displaying and taking down their posters. Posters should be displayed from 9:30 on May 12 until 17:00 on May 13, 2017.
Wireless Internet will be accessible at the conference venue. The access is free.
